What condition will my item be in?
Our items are pre-loved and may show natural wear. Any major imperfections will be disclosed. Please review the description and photos before your purchase, as all sales are final.

Will my item be washed?
All items are washed in eco-friendly detergent unless they are new with tags.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 1 week after payment.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 to anywhere in Australia.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently offer shipping services to Australia only.

Do you use sustainable mailers?
Yes! We use Hero compostable mailers, which will break-down in up to 120 days if composted properly. See here for more info.

Do you offer local pickup?
Local pick up may be available in the surf coast region. Contact us to organise this.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.Please carefully review all the information provided in the listing before purchasing.

What if I receive a flawed item?
We do our best to inspect each item and disclose any imperfections. If your item has a major flaw that was not disclosed, please reach out! We'll be happy to work with you to make it right.
